giftscenter.com is offering goods we do exchanges once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with delivery process of the product supply.

Therefore, we honored to requests for the exchange on the following reasons:

  • major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our technical support team’s approval through our customer service department. If approved, the customer can exchange the product with a product of the same price or more. If the price is more, the customer should pay the difference.
  • product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our customer service department and an immediate exchange of the product with a product of the same price or more will be made. If the price is more, the customer should pay the difference..

 

You can exchange the products through any of our shops, also you must bring the exchange/invoice receipt to complete the exchange within 7 days of the date on the receipt.
